My Box gives you an address in the state of Florida, USA, which you can use to make all purchases outside the country.
The service value includes the receipt of purchases at the Locker, air transfer to Costa Rica, customs processing (nationalization) and delivery to the home within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM), for our clients outside the GAM we provide the delivery option through Correos de Costa Rica or Encomienda to choose from.
The entry time is 4-9 business days, once the package enters the Locker in Florida.
Any purchase outside of Costa Rica must pay its respective tax, without exception. Established by the Costa Rican Import and Export Law.
1 package per person can be exempted, with a value that does not exceed $500 CIF value, every 6 months and the purchase must not be for commercial use, the following documents must be attached (full name, ID number, exact address of residence, invoice for the contents of the package and purchase value).
All purchases have travel insurance from the moment they enter the Locker in Doral, Florida, until their arrival in Costa Rica.
